AI conversations

Conversations with "Ask Laura AI" are processed through our AI gateway to generate responses. We store conversation threads only when you are signed in and choose to save them. We review anonymized conversation patterns only to improve safety and quality.

Children's privacy

The Big Feelings Toolkit is designed for parents and caregivers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Data security

We rely on industry-standard hosting and authentication providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your sign-in credentials private.
