1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Big Feelings Toolkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Educational purpose only
The app provides general parenting education, reflection tools, and ideas. It is not therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. See our Disclaimer for more.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. AI coach limitations
"Ask Laura AI" is an automated assistant. It does not know your full family history and cannot provide personalized clinical advice. Do not share sensitive identifying information you would not want stored or processed.
5. Intellectual property
All content, designs, illustrations, and materials in the app are owned by Connected First or used with permission. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the app to harass others, share harmful content, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the app's operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connected First and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This includes decisions you make based on information you read here.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
